Schedule of Reunion Events
Friday, July 18th
4-9 pm – Onsite Registration. Pick up your swag bag, t-shirts and caps if you ordered them.
6-9 pm – Meet & Greet. Come and meet new family, greet old family, and learn about our family from our Family Historian - Crosby Beene, take advantage of photo opps, play a little B2B trivia, and just have a good time. Food and beverages will be served until exhausted.
Saturday, July 19th
9 am-9:30/10 am – Family Reunion Planning Meeting – “Who got next?”, future planning, and committee updates.
Saturday – DAY - On Your Own. Gather your clan, and take advantage of all that the North Shore, Wisconsin, and of course, the City of Chicago has to offer. Links are included to the surrounding areas and activities, so that you can begin planning your day.
10 am-2 pm – Wellness Activities. So, you don’t feel like leaving the property? We have something for you. Come join the hostesses for a few hours of self-care and how to extend your life to make it to as many future family reunions as possible.
· Learn how to exercise for your age.
· Pick up a new physical activity.
· Talk about staying as healthy as possible as you age.
But don’t wear yourselves out too much!! Instead of our traditional banquet on Saturday night, we are trying something a little different!
6:30-10:00 pm - We are looking forward to hosting the 1st B2B Family Pajama Jam - an old-fashioned pajama party, complete with PJs, games, karaoke, food and drinks! Here are the rules:
1. Grab a t-shirt before the store closes on July 6th. You will need it for Saturday night!
2. Each family should coordinate PJ bottoms with your t-shirts – just like you do for family Christmas pictures! We know you all do it!
3. Come ready to compete as a family or individually as we play giant games, card games, board games, karaoke, open mic, line dance lessons, and squeeze in a family-friendly movie!
4. Enjoy food and drinks and party snacks. Food and beverages will be served beginning at 7pm until exhausted.
5. Have amazing fun with Family!
Don’t worry, we won’t keep you all night long. Festivities end at 10 pm, so you can go back outside, OR go to your room!
Sunday, July 20th – B2B Family Sunday Brunch & Appreciation
9:30 Doors open
10 am – Brunch is served, Reunion ends at Noon
*In recognition of our 65th B2B Family Reunion, please wear shades of Sapphire Blue, White, Silver. We will close out our weekend with a fabulous Sunday Brunch, an Inspirational Word, music, and a mini awards ceremony.
